Rich saw the need and interest in basement waterproofing after experiencing a problem within his own home with mold, seepage, and flooding issues. He saw many other issues that he could really help other people overcome and relate with them on that.
Rich enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement water problems, enabling them to get more out of their home. He also enjoys anything related to the ocean like surfing and boating as well as skiing and hanging out with his wife and two children.

This is our premier sump pump system called the TripleSafe. It has a battery backup system in it to keep your basement dry even if the power goes out. It is installed a little higher because the homeowner has an extreme high water table and needed to keep the pumps higher so they would not go off as much.
A homeowner in Jericho, NY contacted us because she had an ongoing problem with water in her basement. We diagnosed that the water was seeping through the walls of her basement. This combination resulted in a dry, comfortable space where it was once damp and dank.

WaterGuard ensures that water never reaches the basement floors and never gets clogged. Next, we installed the SuperSump pump system do get the water out and away from the house.
