Our ThermalDry Wall system was installed in conjunction with a perimeter drainage system to keep this basement dry all of the time.
First, we removed the wood paneling and cleaned the space. We then installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace vapor barried. The WaterGuard is a trench train designed to help keep a basement dry. The CleanSpace will act as a moisture barrier and help direct any water seepage on the wall down into the WaterGuard.
This homeowner was looking to reduce moisture readings in their crawl space. We installed our drainage matting first then added our CleanSpace vapor barrier lining which sealed the entire area from moisture and any unwanted odors. This is a dry space that can now be used for storage safely.
This customer had high humidity levels and water seepage in the crawlspace. We were able to successfully assess this customer's issues by encapsulating the crawlspace and putting in a dehumidification system to maintain low humidity levels.
Water issues were solved in this basement by installing WaterGuard, a below floor drainage system.
Every space is fully utilized in a church, especially the basement! To ensure the health and safety of the congregation from mold, as well as preventing basement flooding, the church installed a brand new basement waterproofing system.
We installed a SuperSump pump with a battery operated back-up system, and installed WaterGuard trenches all around the basement perimeter, including an Ice Guard for winter, to ensure any water drains properly to the sump.

This homeowner was experiencing an unusually humid first level. Our system design specialist diagnosed that this was from an unencapsulated crawl space. We installed new ThermalDry Flooring for this Wantagh basement laundry room. It is both functional and cosmetically pleasant for the basement. ThermalDry Flooring will hold back water vapor that usually passes through a cement basement floor and it is visually appealing.

This customer, just like many of our customers, takes pride in their basement. The customer has a beautiful basement that has been completely finished and furnished, with everything from couches to a fully equipped gym. When they realized the basement that they had worked so hard on was having water issues, they wasted no time and turned to Healthy Basement Systems to asses these issues.
Our waterproofing expert, Mike Alexander, recommended that the customer get a pump system and a dehumidifier. The pump system will keep the basement dry, and avoid any water damage to their basement furnishings in the future. The dehumidifier will keep the humidity low, alleviating any musty odors so common to basements. The customer will always have a fresh, clean smelling basement! They'won't ever have to leave that area of the home!
This homeowner built a room on his house with a dirt floor under his joists. His floors were very cold in the winter time. We installed the CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the slab from above that put our SilverGlo product in between joist and floor for insulation.
These before and after pictures show the transformation of a dingy, drafty basement. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed on the basement wall to help leaks drain into the also newly installed WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard will direct all ground water seepage into the nearby sump pump.
We installed a SmartSump in a tight area because of 2 factors: high water table and small available area. The high water table area is a problem for deep pumps so we used the shallower SmartSump. Also, the homeowner wanted to put it next to the burner which offered a small amount of room.

Furthermore, a sump pump was installed to efficiently pump out the water through the discharge line.
