Recently hired in June 2017, Brandon comes to Healthy Basement Systems with an OSHA IO and special training in carpentry, as well as experience in home improvement work under the watchful eye of his stepfather. He received a degree in Building Trades and Construction from Manor Plains/Wilson Tech in Huntington.
Brandon gets to the shop early to thoroughly clean the truck, then loads the truck with all necessary equipment and tools before leaving for the day's job with the rest of the Production Crew. Being relatively new to a formal "job," Brandon seems to be as pleased to be at Healthy Basement Systems as we are to have him. He says, "My team, the experience, just working here means a lot. I like all my co-workers, so it's a win-win job. I like the work and have a good time working with my team and co-workers!"
We at Healthy Basement Systems LOVE that positive attitude, and we are thrilled to have Brandon on our team!
Like most young men, in his free time Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, going out, and watching sports.
The customer called us and inquired about our waterproofing systems. Their basement was getting water through the foundation walls and floors, and wanted a permanent solution to the problem. Eric Greenberg, one of our system design specialists, did a thorough inspection. He found signs of water damage along the walls and floors. He was able to create a system that would keep the basement dry all the time.
Our installation team first removed the mold from the area. Then we installed our patented WaterGuard piping system around the full perimeter of the basement. Next, we installed CleanSpace on the walls to create a vapor barrier between the cold foundation walls and the basement. We also installed the SuperSump pump system and ran a discharge line out and away from the house. The end result is a dry and healthier basement.
Our expert installation team at Healthy Basement Systems installed our patented BrightWall Paneling System on the walls of our customers' basement in Saint James. The BrightWall provides a clean, bright finished look to their basement walls while stopping water vapor from permeating the walls and draining any leaks down to the water management system.
